How to practice with us

The group is open level, the only prerequisite to join is curiosity and readiness to work and relate.


At the start of each new 2-month cycle, we host an Open Day, which is an opportunity for you to meet the community and experience movement practice and our way of engaging with it.


After the Open Day, you can enter the practice through Movement Journey or Community Movement Membership.

Weekly practice rhythm

All the classes are currently held outdoors in various locations in Rotterdam, turning the city into our playground during the outdoor season.
Movement Foundations class
Structured capacity-building practice that will help you to create a strong foundation in managing your energy, producing and resisting force, and sensing and organising your body. Think running, breathwork, strength, explosivity, mobility but through a unified Movement Approach.
18:30 – 19:30, every Tuesday
Self-practice session
A session to develop your own practice through practice. Through sharing a focus field with other community members and with some guidance, you can use this session to figure out how to integrate what you learn in other classes into your daily life and how to develop autonomy and agency towards your body.
19:30 – 20:30, every Tuesday
Movement class
Our main class where we explore various movement fields like athletics, acrobatics, dance; skills like hand-balancing, jumping, climbing; and concepts like elasticity, affordances, attractor states in cycles of 2 months. We learn how to learn effectively, communicate non-verbally, interact with our environment and experience movement as a wholesome human experience (cognitively, physically, emotionally).
